As a co-founder of Conversion Labs, he has served as CEO and chairman of its board of directors, playing an essential role in the company’s formation, growth, and development. As founder and president of JLS Ventures, he is also a highly experienced investor, venture capitalist and business developer. He also co-founded and serves on the board of Quantum Computing (OTCQB: QUBT), a technology leader for quantum-ready applications and software tools, and the only public pure-play in the quantum computing space.
Prior to JLS Ventures, Justin operated a consultancy that provided advisory services and capital formation to private and public companies. He co-founded a nationally recognized healthcare finance conference that attracted more than 1,500 attendees and 150 senior corporate leaders.
He previously worked for a global healthcare consulting firm where he gained experience in operations design and effectiveness, efficiency improvements and supply chain optimization. He began his career at Gain Capital Group, focused on foreign currency trading.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business from Elizabethtown College and Bachelor of Arts in International Management from the ICN École de Management in Nancy, France.
Stefan has more than a decade of experience with building technology platforms for direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. He previously served as chief technology officer of Runaway Products, a DRTV driven marketing firm with a core focus on building and optimizing systems to scale marketing campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability.
Stefan co-founded NettekFirst a digital marketing, web development, and design company that built, scaled, and managed DTC brands. He earlier served as a commodities trader at CQR Capital and held is series 3, 63 and 55 licenses
Jason Bae is a strategic consultant and active investor, favoring a hands-on approach to early-stage companies that are overlooked and rapidly developing. He currently serves as an advisor for multiple portfolio companies of the firm. Prior to joining JLS Ventures, Mr. Bae served as Partner at a consulting group that provided investor relations and corporate advisory services to small to mid-cap companies.
